Return Process

  Securely pack your electronics in their original box and include a copy of your packing slip or digital confirmation to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device for functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
